The outdoor wedding reception in the villa grounds is absolutely spectacular, with a luxurious rose-filled centrepiece running the length of the table, made up of Eugenie, Charity, Purity and Keira, and interspersed with pale pink taper candles.
The manicured trees and stately facade of the iconic villa provided the perfect backdrop for the romantic early evening event, with the fragrant roses and twinkling candles all adding to the soft ambience. Villa Balbiano is the ideal location for a glamorous fairytale wedding, with its spectacular mountain views, immense Italian gardens, outdoor swimming pool and private pier. Inside, its historic interiors have been filled with the finest objets d’art and furniture of past centuries, sourced from Sotheby’s and Christie’s. Spectacular 17th century frescoes painted by the Recchi brothers and Agostino Silva still decorate the walls, untouched by time.
“As the night drew to a close, the newlyweds made a stylish exit in a vintage Porsche, leaving guests in awe of the fashion-forward affair they had just witnessed,” explains Janna Brown. “From the divine wardrobe to the custom cocktails sipped on the shore of Lake Como, every detail was carefully curated to create a truly memorable wedding. The event was truly a celebration of love and style, set against the backdrop of one of the most iconic villas in the world.”
