How to order an English Rose Collection
|
Our new system allows you to custom build as many rose collections as you would like online.
1. Please enter the offer code before ordering your roses.
Go to your basket, click on 'If you have an offer code, please click here to enter it'.
Enter the code (for example, Offer C) and click on 'Apply'.
A list of roses in your chosen collection will appear.
Custom build your own collection by clicking on 'Add to collection' beside the roses you would like to include.
Once a variety has been added to your collection use the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the number ordered.
To remove a variety completely from your collection, click on the Remove button beside the variety.
Click on 'Add collection to my basket'
2. How to change the roses in your collection after you have added it to your basket
Click 'Edit offer'.
Remove the rose(s) you no longer want in your collection and add in the new rose(s).
3. If you have already added the roses to your basket before entering the collection offer code, you will now have them in your basket twice. Please tick on 'Remove' beside the original roses and press 'Update Basket'.
We know that many customers are used to ordering rose collections in the old way, by entering them into the basket then applying the offer code. We are very sorry that this might cause some confusion the first time you use our new system. The reason for the change is that some customers wanted to be able to order different collections at the same time, which was not possible in the past.
