Deliveries,Terms and Conditions

All roses offered for sale on this website are supplied as premium quality bare roots, unless otherwise stated. Roses will be despatched during the next available shipping window, normally from November - December or from January - April. Orders are despatched in rotation, although guaranteed delivery dates are also available within our shipping windows at extra cost (please see below).
We also offer a collection of our most popular varieties as containerised roses in 6 litre pots. These can be despatched all year round.

Prices
The prices quoted are for bare root roses unless otherwise stated. We offer a discount when customers purchase groups of three or more English Roses as bare roots. To qualify for this discount, roses must be of the same variety.
Special Offers
From time to time we may make promotional rose collections or exclusive customer offers available. If a free rose is included in the special offer terms and conditions, your free rose will be the lowest priced of those you have purchased.
When to expect bare root despatch
Bare root roses are normally despatched from early November through to mid December, then again from late January to late April. The exact time of despatch is dependent on weather conditions, which may vary from season to season.
Order Confirmation
For our customers who supply an email address, we will automatically send you an electronic confirmation, notifying you when your order has been dispatched. The communication will include details of postage method and if it is being sent by courier, you will be able to track your parcel from the information provided.
Container Gift Roses
These are despatched throughout the year. The price is £25.95 per rose including post and packing including standard delivery from Tuesday to Friday to most UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Eire, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands and Denmark are available at a surcharge of £15 for each plant. Limited stock of our new varieties may sometimes be available at a cost of £29.95. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for a surcharge of £15. The price of Containerised (potted) Roses and Rose Bouquets includes standard p&p to most UK mainland addresses.
Bare root roses:
UK postage is £5.95 for bare root roses and hedging (unless your order includes standtard roses).
Orders with standard roses:
£11.95 - UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands
£27.50 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands
Guaranteed deliveries:
£11.95 - UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands
£27.50 - to all other UK addresses
Gifts
UK postage is £4.95
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands and Highlands:
1-5 roses £5.50
6-15 roses £8.50
16-30 roses £11.50
31 or more roses £26.75
Orders including Standard Roses are £26.75 for the whole order.
For deliveries to other countries, please ask for a quotation.
Guaranteed Delivery Date
If you wish to receive your order on a specific date, the most effective method is to use an express carrier service. A charge of £11.95 for the UK mainland or £25 for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands and Highlands will enable you to take advantage of this service. This service is only available Monday to Friday from early November to mid December, then again from late January to late April.
Guarantee of quality
We aim to supply roses of the highest quality. However with living plants, problems occasionally arise. If any roses are damaged on receipt, or if they fail to grow in the first 12 months, we will replace them free of charge. We cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions or for circumstances beyond our control.
Terms - Payment with Order
Due to the high cost of sending out invoices, customers are requested to send payment with their order. Please make cheques payable to David Austin Rose Nursery Limited.
We accept credit card payment by Mastercard or Visa. Normal terms of business apply, whereby your account will be debited at the time the order is placed.
Gift vouchers and credit notes
David Austin Roses gift vouchers are accepted in payment for any of our mail order services, but we are sorry that we cannot currently accept them through our online ordering system. Gift vouchers and credit notes must be sent by post either with the order or after placing your order by calling our customer service team on 01902 376300.
David Austin's gift vouchers can also be redeemed at our plant centre in Albrighton. Please note that our gift vouchers are valid only when buying from David Austin Roses direct and may not be redeemed at any other nursery or shop.
We do not accept gift vouchers which are not issued directly by David Austin Roses, for example, National Gardens Scheme vouchers.
Plant Centre Prices
Roses purchased in containers from our plant centre are approximately £3 more than bare-root roses. Large specimen roses are sometimes available. These are individually priced.
Prices valid to 1st May 2013 and apply to roses ordered in the season 2012/2013.
